3/9/08 - Good show, Jaycees! For your 50th Roundup Celebration! From East Coast to West; from Europe to Hawaii, I\\\'ve heard good things about my home town - from WASPS at Avenger Field, to (Mrs.) Allens home cooked meals - and the Roundup. Thank you for courtesies shown in honoring Hollis Ellis, James Staton, Ben McRae and myself as Founders of the World\\\'s Largest - Sweetwater Rattlesnake Roundup. As with the huge number of volunteers it takes each year to promote Sweetwater - and West Texas Hospitality - as you do, that first Jaycee event took many besides those of us who were honored this year. Corky Frazier is only one of some still around, who might have shared the \\\"Founders\\\" spotlight... along with the late Jimmie Dulaney, A.C. Bishop, Hylton and Peggy Jarvis, and Pat Crawford - who have gone on to their Heavenly reward. Keep up the good work of maintaining the safe, humane, and good game management practices taught from the beginning by the late animal lover and world-renowned Herpetologist, Bob Jenni.  Well, the wife and I are coming to the Rattlesnake Roundup this coming weekend, all the way from Northern Wisconsin. This is on our Bucket List of things to do before we kick the bucket. Hope its fun!!!!!!!!

This has been a Great Year with the Sweetwater Jaycees & Roosters ! We are always looking for new members that like to support our Good Organization ! We do Lots of Community service ! Support the Youth organizations in the community ! We are always ready to lend a hand ! Great Organization to be a member of ! I have met lots of Good People and made lots of Friends ! Good Family organization ! Love It !
