And of course Rattlesnake!!!! $1500.00 CASH PRIZE FOR OVERALL CHAMPION $500 CASH PRIZE FOR RESERVE CHAMPION Overall category based on Brisket , Ribs , Chicken & Rattlesnake. Cook’s meeting 6:00 pm March 14th, 2025 ALL AWARDS TO BE PRESENTED FOLLOWING JUDGING |

Lone star BBQ rules apply to all meats and judging
RV parking is on a 1st come basis. GATES OPEN ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 12, 2025 @ 12 NOON !!!! $10.00 A NIGHT. All campers, Sleep Trailers & Tents located in the park must register. $10.00 a day camping fee for all. Each team is allowed 1 extra vehicle in the park on Friday & Saturday, all other unattended vehicles without passes will be towed at the owners expenses. Pass parking only at the Muncy Arena.
If you are NOT registered to cook you may NOT camp in Newman Park

SECURITY RULES
1. Move the cookers to the north side of the park
2. No cookers in the park before noon Wednesday March 12.
3. Each cook team will be given 6 arm bands. Additional arm bands may be purchased by the HEAD COOK ONLY for $10.00 each.
4. Head Cook is responsible for everyone wearing the arm bands in his name.
5. If any member of a cook team gets into or causes any trouble , the team will be escorted out of the park & disqualified from competition.
6. No consumption of Alcohol by MINORS! Failure to comply with this rule will result in the disqualification of all members of the cook
team or teams involved in the incident.
7. The Sweetwater Police Dept. will be in the park all day & night.
8. There will be a curfew of 9:00 pm, for all persons not wearing approved arm bands or Jaycee Badges.
9. Only one vehicle per cook team will be allowed in the park at any time. No exceptions.
10. No golf carts or 4 wheelers will be allowed in the park, unless they are Official Jaycee vehicles.
11. All vehicles that do not have a parking pass displayed on the windshield will be towed at the owners expense.
12. Park will be used for cook team camping ONLY!
13. Absolutely NO GLASS BOTTLES IN THE PARK AT ANY TIME!
14. No visible drink containers. Use plastic/reusable cups at all times
15. No vendors will be allowed in the park.
16. Please pick up your camping area daily, and leave it as clean as you found it!
17. No moving City of Sweetwater property.
18. Do NOT tamper with electrical boxes.
19. Bring your own generator if needed.
